Whoever it was that played Mouse in the Matrix, wasn't he supposed to have a role in Episode II as a trouble maker or something? What is his role exactly, has anyone heard?

He plays Elian Sleazebaggano who I believe tries to sell Obiwan or Anakin Death sticks(or something?) in the Bar on Coruscant

His part was a little bigger but it was cut down and he could be replaced by CG...
The Force is strong with this one.
Of course, that's my opinion I could be wrong.
