Has anyone seen anything specifically identifying Baron "George" Papanoida's species? He appears to be completely human except for the blue tint.

The only fact I can find on him is in the Visual Dictionary, which states he is rumored to be a double agent. . . but doesn't mention the Confederacy.

"Papanoida" seems to follow the same basic sound as the name "Mithrawnu'uodo," better known as Thrawn.

Anyone else think he might be a Chiss, possibly spy?
