Personally I'm a big fan of Glen Miller and his orchestra. I didn't get into jazz/swing until I was in high school and I joined....jazz band. I like the classics best although I think the newer big band stuff is good as well.

Brian's band can really rock the house, no doubt....even better than Buster Poindexter's...but Buster's Happy Hour was a great album of Jump Blues. So if you like Royal Crown Revue and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy then check THAT disc out too. It's not Cab Calloway, but getting closer....Merry Christmas.
