False Truths

I will endeavor to make this easy enough for everyone to follow:

What if the Truths we believe in were False? How would we know what was False if we didn't know what was True? Then if something was True we could prove it wasn't False. But if it was actually False, how can we prove it isn't True because it is True that it is False?
