The Hangover. Hadn't seen it before. Very funny.

I caught Strange Days on cable yesterday, about a weird tech dude (Ralph "Don't Pronounce My Name Correctly" Fiennes) in Dec. 1999 (remember Y2K and the end of the world?) who has a technology that's a form of virtual reality. Angela Basset, Tom Sizemore, and Juliette Lewis also appear. Violent, freaky, disturbing, somewhat confusing, and sadly still a negative commentary on current society; but I couldn't turn it off.

I just read through the plot synopsis of Strange Days on Wikipedia (this is my new thing, since I hate paying for movies that end up sucking).

    Yikes! That movie sounds AWFUL!

The A-Team (2010. Definitely different than the tv show, but enjoyable. The writers were getting a little confused on the team's military origins: Rangers or Special Forces?

The Losers (2010). Good shoot 'em up. Watched it twice.

Inception (2010). Beeen wanting to see it for a while. It was good, and I think I understand it.

Dillinger (1973). The title tells it all about this early 70s gangster tale. Warren Oates is Dillinger and Richard Dreyfus (!!) was Machine Gun Kelly or Pretty Boy Floyd.

Yes, it was bad. But it could've been called Car Wreck, as I just could not seem to draw away from it.

Scareface ~ I'd never seen it before and while I thought it was good it didn't live up to the hype.

Was that SCARface, JJB? I checked, and Scareface is a film about a clown-by-night, cosmetologist-by-day story. I have a sad list of famous and top-ranked films I've never seen (some of which would get my Guy card pulled, if too many people knew)... so I'll list (LISTS... ) them below anyway:

    - The Exorcist
    - any Saw film
    - any Woody Allen film
    - any King Kong version
    - The Blair Witch Project
    - Lawrence of Arabia
    - Dr. Zivago
    - any Godfather film
    - Good Will Hunting
    - most Sean Connery Bond films
    - Titanic
    - Scarface
    - Good Fellas
    - The Usual Suspects
    - Jaws
    - Amadeus
    - Psycho
    - Inception
    - Dr. Strangelove
    - LA Confidential
    - Braveheart
    - Chinatown
    - Singin' in the Rain
    - The Deer Hunter
    - Platoon
    - Wall Street
    - The Big Lewbowski
    - Metropolis
    - Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
    - Fargo
    - Raging Bull

I'll stop before I make some of you mad.

No big deal, in fact this is a good thing. Now all you have to do is setup a Netflix account, you already have a list set up, go from there.
May the force be with you.

Don't feel bad, I've only seen five on that list. Although I can't believe you haven't seen Jaws with as many times as that has been on USA in the past 25 years...
Nowhere in your incoherent ramblings did you come anywhere close to the answer. Thanks to you, everyone in this room is now stupider having heard you. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul. -Billy Madison-

The only films from BCJ's list I have not seen are:

Titanic - Which I refuse to watch EVER!
Inception - Which I own on blu-ray but have not had time to watch yet.
Fargo - Just have not gotten around to it.

Films I have watch but do not really remember because it's been so long since I have seen them, as I was a child/kid/teenager when I saw them:

    Lawrence of Arabia
    Dr. Zivago
    Amadeus
    Singin' In the Rain
    Raging Bull

I should probably re-watch them at some point. Half of the films on the list I own on DVD or blu-ray.
May the force be with you.
