Did you guys see that Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2015 tickets are already going on sale tomorrow morning. Anyone planning on going?

  2. #10062
Possibly, but I'm not crazy about tying up $150 two years in advance.

I plan to go, but really? $150 tied up now?

Wow. Talk about advanced noticed. I'm in. Eight years after it was held in our area, it finally returns...

The Moreno Valley Toys R Us had a shelf tag for Soundwave, but no Soundwave. They also had the Mission Series 2-packs, as well as the Joe Tomahawk, or Eaglehawk, or whatever trademark regulations are causing that to be named. I passed on one because I know Target will be cheaper, and on the others because I got my fill of figures with five joints back in 1983.

Somehow I don't think they'll sell out like Comic-Con; I don't want to pre-buy $150 that far in advance, neither.
CU Later. Contracted Universe? Later. :(

Also, the same TRU had the Biggs X-Wing. To be honest, it wasn't anything I cared about, so I forgot all about it until I saw someone posting on Facebook that they found it.

Evidently, the VIP packages sold out in minutes.

Made my first SW run in what seems like forever, trying to see if I could scope out TBS for myself (and having been sitting watching my 6" preorders just sit on Amazon seemingly not going to ship). But alas, North Hollywood Target was bare (only a few Mission Series sets), MB Target equally bare, Hawthorne TRU bare too.

I'm also among the chumps that went ahead and ordered up the Celebration tickets. Figure it's the film release year and haven't been since the LA Celebration (and Denver before that). Why not. Hopefully I'm still alive by then...
