For the purists, of course, there is the astonishing Fine Molds kit that just came out in Japan. But it's a glue kit wich requires some modeling skills.
For the others, Revell of Germany will launch in september four new pre-painted easy to assemble snap-kits. They will be roughly 1:72 scale. There will be the Y-wing, the Boba Fett's Slave one, a Snowspeeder and a pretty well made AT-AT. Here are the pics. The good news is : they are pretty cheap here 12€ to 25€ for the bigger models and they will probably become available soon in the US (since AMT SW line is dead). No news yet on the mini snaps or on the fourth kit (a 24" SSD Executor is rumored to be in the pipe).
