Most Wanted New Figure Poll - Phase 1, Part 2 - The Phantom Menace

Greetings and welcome to part two of the Most Wanted Figure Poll. In this thread we will be looking for the most wanted figures from Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace. Here are the rules:

1. Submit a ranked list of up to 25 figures from The Phantom Menace that you would like to see made.

2. You are allowed to vote for resculpts, but all new characters or versions of a character are preferred since Hasbro tends to rehash core characters on a regular basis. This movie might be an exception because we haven't seen a lot of the core characters from this movie in a while, so they might need some updating. Some are even included in the list below.

3. I will provide a list at the end of this post that will contain most of the figures that have yet to be made. You are not limited to this list, so feel free to do your own research or borrow write-in candidates from other voters. I'm not going to bother trying to update the list with write-ins.

4. This is the second of six movie polls. It will last four weeks and will close at the end of Sunday, March 2. If you haven't voted in the A New Hope poll, go there and vote now. That poll will close Sunday, February 24. The next poll to open will be The Empire Strikes Back, which will start sometime next Sunday.

5. Once we have completed the voting for each movie, Phase 2 will begin in which figures from each movie will compete against each other as well as the results from our EU Poll, which is open until February 21 for those who haven't voted in that yet. More details on how Phase 2 works are in the ANH poll, and that will be explained better when it is time to begin that phase.
