I was on fumes and filled up for $32.00 and change @ $1.81!

Gas prices have risen here since Friday morning, when it was still $1.55 - 1.59.
Cheapest I've seen locally is $1.65. Most stations are charging $1.75.

Friday night it had jumped up from $1.51 to $1.79 at the station around the corner from my house, but was down to $1.69 on Sat.

I paid $2.11 for premium last night. That means Reg was $1.91. But this is out in San Jacinto by my brother's, in the middle of nowhere.

I did my first complete fill up with the new lower prices today and I filled my car for less than $19 with gas at $1.65. That almost brings me back to filling up a car in high school and college for less than $10. Not as good now but I'll take it!

I heard on the news that oil dropped below $50 a barrel today. Don't know how long this is gonna last but I'll take it while I can.
