Even higher around here. Lowest I've found without the GPS is $3.67, most are $3.7X though which is a bummer. I'm exclusive at Shell though, they don't charge for card use, and now they have it so if you have a Ralphs Rewards card with more than 100 points, you can use those 100 points to knock 10 cents off per gallon. Since those points mean $1 per reward at Ralphs, this way I can save more than $1 when I buy more than 10 gallons, which I always do since I drive it to 1/4 and then fill up. The coolest part is that the Shell pumps actually have their numbers on each price above the selection button change to reflect the savings.
