No joke, I got a flyer from a local church promising a $15 gas card to all first-time visitors next Sunday.

Wow. SoCal seems to finally be more in sync with the rest of the country. Yesterday, I drove past a station at $4.15 around 5pm; about an hour later it was down to $4.09. Today, I got it at Costco for $3.87 (over $.20 less than a week ago there).
