I think we have seen all that we will see for large vehicles this year from Star Wars. E2 seems less vehicle orientated a line then E1 was both in movie and toys, but we are still getting quite a few. So far we are getting the following:

Anakin's Hot Rod Speeder
Zam Wesell's Speeder
Jedi Starfighter
Slave 1
Republic Gunship
(Not to mention we are also getting a 25th Anniversay X-Wing)

I think there is good chance we might get a couple smaller vehicle with figure sets. Probably Anakin w/ Swoop Bike and Rickshaw Droid w/Rickshaw.

It appears in one of the trailers, It's a droid pulling a rickshaw that Anakin and Padme are riding in down the streets of Mos Espa. Here is a picture from the trailer:

I think I say Watto or a Toydarian in the background of that picture toward the upper left. Anyone else see this?

That's Watto yapping with a Pit Droid. Probably when Anakin stops and talks to him and tells him he's a Jedi and also to find his mom who is supposed to be no longer a slave to Watto but that he lost her in a bet to a Hutt.
