My lunch was supposed to be my post run breakfast. Instead I screwed around on the interweb and things got pushed back. Fired sweet potato, chriozo sp? and a couple of sunny side up eggs washed down with some apple juice.
Dairy Queen has the 4-piece chicken strips basket meal (add a drink for $.99) back. Loooooove that country gravy (they gave me TWO cups worth ).
Thursday I stopped by McDonald's and had a wild berry smoothie and a chicken wrap (I chose the grilled chicken with honey mustard in it). Both were pretty good. The wrap seemed kind of small, but it stuck with me enough since I was eating it while walking, and then went for a short run just a couple hours later to go watch a high school cross country meet.
Black forest ham sub from Subway along with SW style chips (don't recall the brand) and a Coke.
