Well, the Buccos get off to a great start with an Opening Day 4-1 home win against last year's division winner Saint Looey. It looked very sunny but apparently was cold (low-30s) in da 'Boigh.

Not the Brewers, there is plenty of talent but its at the AA and AAA levels.

It'll be interesting how Schwarber's injury changes things.

s are the only 4-0 NL team, after a nice comeback win in Cincy. Francisco Liriano is hitting .750 (a career .135 average) and tied for the NL lead with pitcher strikeouts.

CC pitched fairly well, A-Rod hit #688 I believe, and Ellsbury had a nice 3-run triple.
    You'll be sorry, Pee-Wee Herman!

... but now just 2-6 since. Still, they haven't looked awful, nor have they blown games in middle relief or late. It's really early, of course: their .500 record has them both 3.5 games out of first in the NL Central and .5 games out of its cellar/2nd place.

Doesn't seem to be having an affect so far.
