The majority of the new tooling work is done by CG guys, and printed using high-resolution 3D printers.
My style of work is a dying art...

Just for you to realise why the delay in this, i am working on a "what if?" starship design right now that is meant to be an interim fighter between the Eta-2 and Vader's Tie X-1 Advanced. It's a ship that more accurately can be called a Sith Starfighter, as it will have been piloted by Vader after the Clone Wars, but before ANH.
I am calling it the Eta-3.
It started off as a standard Eta-2 model kit(I wanted it to look more like the original Jedi Starfighter, but also with elements of the Imperial Star Destroyer too), and it quickly progressed(When it's finished, i will get right on the gunship):

Hi Bar. No worries; this looks like it has been a fun project for you to complete - wishing I had the skills to do it - so I'm not concern with the time table just that you are having fun completing it. Again the design look great and thanks for doing it!!
