I just did a quick search and I believe it's U-3P0...

where did you find that ?
Other sites are reporting that but is there a confirmation from Hasbro or a pic? I have viewed the scene in ANH over and over. U-3PO is just not silver. The script for ESB calls E-3PO "silver" . Has Hasbro mixed up the name of this droid?

I took like 3 seconds to do a google search. I'm behind but I would assume that if you're talking from the upcoming ESB wave it would have to be E-3PO since he's the one in ESB (he gets sassy with C-3P0).

And, honestly, how can tell them apart? I'm using mine for U-3P0. LOL

I'm happy. Either way we're getting one of two long awaited OT droids. I hope they eventually make both E-3PO and U-3PO!

E-3PO seems to be straight up silver (like TC-14) while U-3PO has a vague bronze tint to him.

Well, he looks silver in these pictures. However, this Yakface checklist says it is U-3PO. They could be wrong though. Either way, it will be a cool droid to have.

The BAD figure is definitely silver. I say "close enough" to either E-3P0 or U-3P0, so whatever. LOL
