86ºF right now. A sure bet we'll hit 90+ tomorrow as predicted.

Good ol' California weather. No real spring or fall. Just hot or cool.

Blisteringly hot today, upper 80s and I'm going into the valley where it's the 90s.

Without a vertical stabilizer, it'd fly out of control and almost immediately roll or pitch straight into the other cars. This isn't lifting wind, it's buffeting sideways wind. And that'd end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?

Amen to that! It's an even 90ºF as I type this and not too bad, really. 90 won't seem as hot after a chance to acclimate. This three-day warm-up from mid 60's to low 90's is pretty darn quick!
