    English Release

    1. Are the Attack Of The Clones figures going to be released in England on the same day as the U.S.

    2. Will they be available in places like Woolworths, Argos, Toy Master, Tesco, etc, or will we have to by them from specialist dealers on import

    3. How much will they cost.

    4. If they are released in U.K shops will they be in crappy European packaging with 4 different languages and no room for any information about the charactor.

Hasbro'll probably screw all of Europe by releasing them later than in the US, but have faith, they might not forget about us, if the movie is coming out on the same day (almost) worldwide, we might get the figures on the same day too! You could ring some of the shops you mentioned and ask.

Actually I'm thinking of writing to Hasbro U.K, I'll let you know what they say when I get a reply.

Jek, ToysRus will be getting them in and so will Tesco's. you could probably expect to see some in Woolies but not as many as with episode one. ASDA will probably have a few as well seeing as they're owned by Wal*Mart. but it's probably not going to be a big thing with ASDA. Do you have a THE ENTERTAINER store near you? I know that THE ENTERTAINER is opening as many stores nationwide as they can but I can't remember the locations of them offhand. I would imagine that once the buzz hits the street there will be many people falling over themselves to stock the stuff. If you have a large Mothercare store near you try looking in there once the film opens. I tried with episode one toys and was surprised how much stuff they had. I even bought my copy of the classic trilogy SE there. Weird the places that have star wars stuff.
the last place I expected to pick up videos from was a baby store.

So what I'm saying is don't panic because the stuff will be everywhere you look. just not in huge quantities...

No, I've never heard of The Entertainer, but with Stoke, Wolverhampton and Birmingham all within a train journey away from me, I'm sure there will be at least one opening up near me.
