    I guess Ham was pretty broken up over the 2010 lawsuit, he was afraid it would tarnish his legacy. From what I've read, he was a great guy and well loved by everyone who knew him. Sad indeed.

    On a side note, every New Years celebration will forever be 2004-05 as far as I am concerned. Mr. Clark has been doing the New Years celebration every year since before I was born, except for 04-05 due to his stroke.
