    Help please- x-wing batteries?

I just pulled an old('95?) x-wing from storage, the sounds no longer work- how does one change the battery in this unit?

    Thanks!

Thanks! That's not the same one I have but I did find the right one there(the bigger one), however that didn't have battery instructions either... you would think it wouldn't be that complicated?

The '98 FX X-wing battery hatch is on the underside of the fuselage between the nose and the cockpit, the screw hole is right in front of the proton torpedo missile in this photo:

RS actually has a scan of the instructions for the battery change, but they accidentally didn't link to it:

I just changed the batteries on mine, and I forgot how fast-pitched the voices were.
