The official Angry Birds Tumblr site has posted a teaser image of what looks like an Angry Birds and Star Wars mash-up!

The official announcement is coming on October 8th at 10:00 am EST at the Times Square New York. There is a hint to be there at 8:00 am for... ?

I guess the Star Wars Celebration VI/ThinkGeek Gamorrean Guard Piggy Bank is a preview of what is to come (Angry Birds is based off of birds vs. pigs)...
