Went to see Blade II at the cinema last night...it was pretty cool. It was nothing compared the the origional though, and what is it with movies these days using CGI humans in some action scenes when they managed those sorts of scenes a couple of years ago with real actors. When Blade is doing all those jumps and spins you can tell he is fake.

Pendo, I couldn't agree more about that CGI actor thing!!! From the ads, it appears a lot of the action in the upcoming Spider-Man movie will be like that as well, the shot of Spidey swinging up out of the bridge looks especially like a cheesy CGI cartoon. I hate it, it detracts from a film IMO, makes it look more like a cartoon and takes me out of the realm of belief.

Oh, hell... one last update for you. New Line would like everyone to know that the street date for their Blade II: Platinum Edition has been moved up from the original 9/3 to a new date of 8/30. Yep - you read that right. Friday, August 30th.
