Excluding Star Wars, what is your favourite Movie Soundtrack?

I was thinking about this before in work and I could NOT make up my mind because there are so many good soundtracks out there. Do you know what your fave is?

What do you mean by soundtrack? Score or pop compilation?

Score-wise, I'm a big fan of both John Williams and Danny Elfman. Some of my favorites (non-SW) are:
    Jurassic Park
Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone
    Hook
    Empire of the Sun
    The Fury
    Raiders of the Lost Ark
    Superman
    ET: The Extra-Terrestrial
    Edward Scissorhands
    Beetlejuice
To Die For (score only, even if it's a scant 18 minutes )
    Pee Wee's Big Adventure
    The Nightmare Before Christmas
    Black Beauty
    Sommersby
    Batman
    Gladiator
    The Fifth Element
    Braveheart
    The Lion King

    Pop-wise, here's some classics:
    Saturday Night Fever
    Judgment Night
    Singles
    The Graduate (Simon & Garfunkel)
    She's the One (Tom Petty)
    The Transformers: The Movie
    Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
    Empire Records
    Twister
    Top Gun
Eddie & The Cruisers (John Cafferty)
    Air America
    Last Action Hero

    I'm sure I forgot a bunch.

Besides the obvious ones (like Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones), I'm partial to:
    The Terminator 1 and 2...and I suppose 3
    The Matrix
    Gladiator
    Face/Off
And...the best soundtrack I've ever heard that wasn't composed by John Williams...Black Hawk Down!

Stand By Me -- A lot of great 50's tunes by the Fleetwoods, the Dellvikings

Forrest Gump -- Lots and lots of great 60's tunes that defined the decade including The Byrds "Turn! Turn! Turn!"

O' Brother Where Art Thou? -- Not bad for someone who is not a fan of that type of music. Has a folksy, country, bluegrass, gospel, bluesy sound all rolled into one great album.

Top Gun was another great soundtrack. Had a mix of classic and new (at the time) songs.
"The dark side clouds everything. Impossible to see, the future is. But this I am sure of - do their duty the Jedi will." --Yoda from Attack of the Clones.

"To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence… When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up." - C.S. Lewis
