Well, I just got back from Meijer on 31W!!!
They had the 12 inch Clonetrooper, Anakin and Obi-Wan.
I don't really collect the 12 inch stuff, though I did buy a 12 inch Clone.
The price was $21.99 (before tax).

yeah i don't collect 12 inch figures either but I bought the clone too.
