I live in The Netherlands, so it was to be expected. When they'll finally get out, all the stuff will probably be twice as expensive as in the US and beat up.

Try Yendor in ROtterdam they have nearly all of the E2 figures...

Hahahaha, i'm not that crazy about plastic figs. Don't get me wrong, but 13 Euro for a fig is way too much. 8-9 Euro is more than enough.
