Saw this over at TheForce.net and thought it was pretty funny. In the one trailer where Anakin leaps out of the Speeder and Obi-Wan looks over the edge, at his falling padawan, you can clearly see a Deer Whistle attached to the Speeder.
If you don't know, deer whistles are commonly put on bumpers of cars to warn deer to get out of the way. I'll attach a photo so you can see what they are talking about. Pretty funny, wonder what other real life stuff like that we can spot.

guess they just used it as decoration...and how the hell should someone use it on the back of a speeder? but funny nonetheless

Perhaps it's supposed to be a sensor of some sort. Airplanes have very similar little things like that to measure airspeed.
