Try this one. Just save it and open it in some photo shop program and shrink it to the right size. I think its 75x75 pixils. If you can't do it, LMK.

i got it down to the tight size, but it says it's an not a valid jpeg....please help...

Try going into the paint program, open the file, and then save it as a Jpeg. I can't remember what the file extention is. Also, the size is 75x75 or a certain amount of pixels. I know I had to reduce my current Av down to 60x50 (I think that was the size) to get it to upload. Try that and let me know:happy:
