How does a person read these? I can't get a "date" out of those numbers at all.

How do you read the "date stamps" on the cards?

I am not an expert, but this is what I was told.
the first number is the year: 2 would be 2002, 1 would be 2001.
the next 3 digits are the day: as in 365 days of the year.
and you can ignore the last numbers.
So, 20123 would mean: Jan 12th 2002
feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
