What Taichi said, plus the Jedi Quest book series beginning now (plus the special edition book).
Are they any good? Approaching Storm was... okay. Rogue Planet was... okay. The Jedi Quest books have (so far) been... okay. Guess that may not help you.

I haven't read the Jedi Quest stuff, but I'd have to agree that Rogue Planet and Approaching Storm were pretty average.
