Help please

How do you guys get those little pictures on the left hand sides of your posts. And where do you get all those pictures of Star Wars characters drawn South Park style? I want one! Please help.

By "little pictures on the left hand sides of your posts" I am guessing you mean avatars.
Click on "User CP", then on "Edit Options". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Change Avatar" (or whatever it says). You can now select your picture from the list.
