I think the best guy to play Piccolo is the guy who played The Creeper in Jeepers Creepers. The best actor to play Vegeta is that guy who was the main villian's right hand man in Shanghai Knights. The one that was furiously fighting Jackie Chan at the end, the one that had that giant gold design on the back of his shirt.
